do you every feel like you're a vampire for tragedy? james van der beek talks about being an emotional vampire in rules of attraction, but i'm not talking about being drunk, doing a bunch of drugs and fucking everything that moves. although if that's what you do, hey man, more power to you. i mean like how you only feel alive when you hear tragic news cried through a phone. or how seeing the subject of that text is enough to make you ditch said phone for long enough to go outside. do you ever feel like everything you want is exactly what you'll never get? and know that, do you feel like hoping someone pulls through their coma you hope they die? do you ever feel like you don't fucking know what you feel if you feel at all? probably. you probably do. i feel like i can never talk about this. so i write about it. and when i write about it i obscure it because i'm afraid of my words and i don't know who i am. you're never who you know you are. you're what you show everyone. i hope i'm not nothing.
